17. Annual Service Charge
17.1 Annual Service Charge
Where applicable to an account, product, plan, or service, EITRUST Global may assess an Annual Service Charge of 3% of the total generated profit attributable to the applicable account or qualifying service during the relevant annual period.
The Annual Service Charge applies to generated profit and not to the user's original principal or deposited capital, unless a separate product agreement expressly provides otherwise.
17.2 Company Launch Anniversary Date
EITRUST Global's annual company launch anniversary date is October 16.
The Annual Service Charge is assessed once each year in connection with the company's launch anniversary and is due on October 16 of each applicable year.
Accordingly, the annual service-charge cycle repeats on October 16 year after year, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
17.3 Calculation and Notice
On payment becomes due, the applicable account statement, notice, or other communication should identify:
- The annual period covered by the assessment;
- The amount of generated profit used as the calculation basis;
- The applicable 3% rate;
- The resulting Annual Service Charge; and
- The applicable wallet payment information.
For example, if qualifying generated profit for an annual period is $10,000, a 3% Annual Service Charge would equal $300.
17.4 Payment
Any Annual Service Charge must be paid using a payment method or channel officially designated by EITRUST Global.
Users should verify payment instructions through an authorized EITRUST Global channel before transferring funds.
17.5 Applicability of the Charge
The Annual Service Charge applies to all accounts, plans, products, or services
